CA Prem Bhandari qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1980 and has since been in practice. He is a partner in the firm since 1990. As a partner he leads the direct tax practice. He has 41 years of post-qualification experience and has specialized in direct taxes including representation before Income tax Appellate Tribunal, structuring and tax related issues on Cross Border transactions and Transfer Pricing studies. He advises number of international and domestic companies on range of tax and regulatory issues.
